Ingredients:
•1/4 cup roasted corn *
•5 cups water
Preparation:
1.In a medium pot, bring corn and water to a boil.
2.Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. 3.Strain tea to remove corn.
4.Serve hot, warm, or cold.
*Can be found in Korean and many Asian groceries. Package may read 'corn tea' on the label, but will be just plain roasted corn inside.
